NCIS - Ships in the Night

The mysterious shooting of a marine on a dinner cruise reintroduces us to CGIS Agent Abigal Borin who just happens to be on the same boat and was also just having a conversation with the deceased minutes before his untimely death. This is too coincidental and sloppy storytelling, not what we have come to expect from this usually very well made show. So it turns into a mediocre murder investigation.
Mark Harmon doesn't do a great deal in this episode and there is a pointless storyline of the tram accruing overtime.
The best part is when Ziva is taking a 'bat-nap' and Tony throws a pen at get which she catches! Then throws it back at him where it embeds in the cubicle wall! Very cool! I love Ziva!
Oh well, last episode was exceptional. They can't all be brilliant.
