This week, Adam and Kristina must deal with the aftermath of Crosby forcing the situation of Max overhearing that he has Asperger's syndrome. They try to talk to him but don't do a great job. Adam is having major problems dealing with this and ends up playing hookey with him and going to a theme park but the ride Max was going to ride all day has to close down due to mechanical faults and Max has an episode which puts it all back into perspective for Adam. Some really great acting from Peter Krause.
Meanwhile Crosby keeps digging himself deeper into trouble and Jasmine wants nothing to do with him. Jasmine was going to look after Sydney so Julia and Joel can celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary but she breaks down so they change their plans.
Lastly, Sarah finds out she has a skill at writing a play but can't get a promotion as a manager of the bar she keeps at. Which for her turns out to be a good thing as it would have meant more responsibility and less money.
All in all, a solid episode.
