Lie To Me - Double Blind

This week's episode starred Battlestar Galactica's Tricia Helfer as a woman who catches Cal's eye who may or may not need his protection.
I have to say, I was a bit disappointed in this episode.  It seemed a bit all over the place and didn't seem to have a resolution.  We weren't sure of who characters were and their motivations for doing what they do.
What's going on between Cal and Foster?  Are they fighting?  I hope this gets back to what I'm used to.
