The Defenders - Whitten vs. Fenlee

An OK episode of The Defenders this week.  Two stories, as usual.  The first has a woman being arrested for disrupting a work site.  It turns out that her husband was killed on the work site and nothing is being done to change work practices and her husband is being accused of being negligent.  The boys must prove that he wasn't.  Pretty straight episode.  Then the second episode has an internet blogger being sued for revealing how a magic trick is performed by the magician who says he came up with the trick.  This episode guest starred magician, Penn Jillette.  Of course there is no such thing as an original trick anymore.  They are all just variations on a theme.  Pretty run-of-the-mill.
