NCIS: Los Angeles - Empty Quiver

This episode sees Sam and Callen as undercover CHiPs, California Highway Patrol motorcycle riders.  They are trying to find out who is organising cops to moonlight for criminals.  This episode highlights how underpaid our policemen and women are that some are forced to make ends meet by agreeing to assist criminals and make some extra money.  A truck load of radioactive material is stolen and the team has to track it down before it is used to make a bomb.
