House - After Hours

This is one of the best episodes of House for some time for House's character.  The story started in last week's episode continues with House discovering that the experimental drug is killing the lab rats with cancerous tumours.  After checking himself, he discovers three tumours on his leg muscle and so he goes home and sets up his bathroom as an operating room and commences removing the tumours himself.  The special effects here are amazing.  The pain is excruciating and he can't complete the procedure, so he calls his team but no one answers, he calls Wilson and still no luck.  As a last resort he calls Cuddy, who comes to help him and gets him to the hospital to have the tumours removed.  House realises that something has to change in his life.
Meanwhile, Thirteen has a fellow prison inmate turn up at her door with a stab wound who wants Thirteen to fix it but not take her to the hospital.  Thirteen gets Chase to bring some equipment from the hospital and he decides to stay and help.  The patient has hepatitis C and of course nothing goes right and they eventually take to the hospital to save her life.
Taub finds out that his girlfriend is pregnant with his child.  He is not sure how he feels about this and he goes to a strip joint where he sees a mole on a stripper but gets thrown out trying to touch it.  He waits outside for her to tell her to see a doctor and she has been hurt by men before so she pulls a gun and gets him to get on his knees and just when we think she is going to kill him, she drives away.  This makes him realise that he really does want to keep the baby and make a family.
