Firstly, the main story is the usual medical conundrum that the team face except this time the patient is a performance artist who is secretly recording her treatment for her art. House discovers that she is dying and that she is making herself even more sick for the benefit of the video. After doing what he does best, he discovers that she isn't dying and convinces her to get better.
Taub has been dodging calls from his ex-wife because now he's going to become a Dad to his girlfriend, but he ex-wife turns up at the hospital to tell him she is now pregnant to him (as they have been having sex on the side!). Oh My! What is he to do now??
So back to House. Cuddy asks him to return a brush she left at his apartment when they were together. Meanwhile, her sister has been trying to set her up with a date and she eventually relents to having him over for dinner as a foursome. It just happens to be the day House decides he will try and get back with Cuddy. He drives over to her house with Wilson but then sees her with the other man. He demands Wilson get out of the car and drives off, before turning the car around and smashing it into the Cuddy's dining room, luckily with no one in it. House steps out of the car, hands her the brush and walks away. The episode and the season, ends with House on a tropical beach somewhere. Where to from here?
